Number of solar, lot or parcel, if you know it.

12. Transmitentes
What is being asked?
Individuals or entities who comes to the finca (sellers, heirs, donors, etc), if you know.

“Unknown,” or “I don't have that information.”
13. Cadastre
What is being asked?
Number of cadastral number of the property of the CRIM, if you have one.
Example:
“Number of cadastre: 123-045-678-90-000”
If you do not know:
“I don't know”
14. Loads
What is being asked?
If you know any mortgage, lien or charge on the property (even if you don't know if you're registered).
Example:
“You have a mortgage with Bank X from the 2010”
“I don't know of loads”
15. How was it formed the farm?
What is being asked?
Origin of the property, if you know it.
Examples:
“Is the product of a segregation of an estate greater.”
“It comes from a legacy of my parents.”
“Split a big farmhouse among several brothers.”
If you don't know, you can put:
“Unknown”
16. How is it acquired the farm?
What is being asked?
Way in which the current owner obtained.
Examples:
“The sale by means of a deed in the year 2015.”
“Inheritance according to the declaration of heirs.”
“Gift from my parents in the year 2000.”
17. Previous owners
What is being asked?
Names of previous owners, if you remember.
Example:
“Before me, the farm belonged to John Doe; before him, it was of his parents, Pedro and Ana Perez.”
If you only remember one:
“I only know that before belonged to John Doe.”
18. Time it takes the current owner in possession of the property
What is being asked?
Approximately, since when the current owner owns the property.
Examples:
“More than 25 years.”
