In addition, in order to offer you greater control and flexibility in your payments and transactions, we have integrated a new Customer Portal insurance in cooperation with our processor Stripe. This portal allows you to easily manage:
✔ Download past and current invoices.
✔ Update payment methods.
✔ Manage and cancel subscriptions.
✔ Update personal data and billing.
✔ Possibility to improve or reduce your subscription plan at any time.
Past Transactions – Ins
If you want to view the full history of your transactions made prior to the migration, you can do it easily through our new Customer Portal in Stripe. Once you activate your account, you'll have immediate access to manage and review all your previous transactions from a single place, safely and organized.
With these options, you can make payments quickly, safely and without complications.
How to activate your account on the new platform?
- Complete the Application Form available at the end of this message.
- You will receive an email with instructions to activate your account and set up your new password.
- Once activated, you'll have immediate access to your files, applications, and the Customer Portal to manage your previous transactions.
- Important: For reasons of security and confidentiality, not all past transactions could be migrated automatically. However, now you have direct access to them from our new Customer Portal in Stripe, allowing you to manage all of your financial information from a single place.
