📩 Messaging: How to send and receive messages on the platform

Access to the Messages Section

  1. In the main menu, select Messaging / Messaging.
  2. There you will find three main options:
    • Inbox (Inbox): Displays the messages received.
    • Sent Box (Tray Shipping): Contains sent messages.
    • Trash (Recycle Bin): Stores the deleted messages temporarily.

How to Send a Message

  1. Click "New Message" (New Message).
  2. In the field "To" (To), select the recipient of the message.
  3. If you want to add backups, use the field "CC".
  4. In "Subject")type in the title of the message.
  5. In the text box, write your message. You can use formatting tools to emphasize important information.
  6. Once completed, click Send.

How to Receive, and Read Messages

  1. Go to Inbox (Inbox) to view received messages.
  2. Click the message to open it and read its contents.
  3. If the message contains links or attachments, you can view them or download them as needed.

Visualization of the Study Title in the Messages

  • When your study of the title is ready, you will receive a message titled "We have Completed your Study of Title".
  • This message will include a direct link to access your study.
  • To view it, simply click the link or copy and paste in your browser.

Important Tips

  • Check your inbox regularly to stay informed about your case.
  • If you do not find an important message, check in the trash.
  • Press the link to study insurance and do not share it with third parties.
