🧾 Invoicing: How to view, pay and print invoices on the platform

In the App of Study Titlesection Invoicing / Billing allows you to manage your payments, invoices and financial documents quickly and easily. Below, we explain how to access and use every option available.

Access to the Billing Section

  1. From the main menu, select Invoicing / Billing.
  2. Within this section, you will find several options to manage your payments and documents.

Options Available at check-in

  1. Bills / Invoices
    • Here you can view all your invoices have been generated.
    • Each invoice will display details such as the amount, the date, and the status of payment.
    • To print an invoice, select the appropriate option within the invoice and use the print function of your browser or device.
  2. Quotes / Estimates
    • In this section you will find estimates of costs before you generate invoices officers.
    • If a budget is pending approval, you will be able to review it before proceeding with the payment.
  3. Documents / Documents
    • Here are stored files and documents related to your billing.
    • You can download these documents as needed.
  4. Payments / Payments
    • Displays a history of payments made on the platform.
    • Also you can find information about methods of payment and proof of transactions.

How to Pay a Bill

  1. Go to the section Bills / Invoices.
  2. Select the outstanding invoice.
  3. Click the available payment option and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
  4. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation and you can view it in the section Payments / Payments.

Important Tips

  • If you need a printed copy of your invoice, you can download it and use the print option from your device.
  • Review the section Payments / Payments to ensure that your transactions have been processed correctly.
  • In case of questions or problems with your billing, you can contact the support team for assistance.

With these steps, you can manage your billing efficiently within the platform.
