2. Transparency and Publicity are Not Misleading In accordance with the regulations of DACO:

  • All of the information provided in our web site and promotional materials is accurate, clear and not misleading.
  • We do not guarantee specific results in the studies of the title, since the information is based on available public records.
  • The prices of our services are displayed clearly before purchase, no hidden costs.
  • If an error in the published price occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before completing the transaction, notifying the customer of any adjustment necessary.

3. Accepted Payment methods For the convenience of our clients, we offer three secure payment methods:

  • StripePayment processing with credit cards and debit cards.
  • PayPal: Secure platform that allows payments with PayPal account or credit card.
  • Electronic Transfer: Direct deposit to our bank account. The client must send evidence of payment for your confirmation.

4. The right to a Refund and Cancellations

  • Customers have the right to know our Refund and Cancellation policy, which is posted on our web site.
  • In case of disputes over payments, the customer must contact with us before you submit a claim to your bank or payment provider.
  • Do not offer full refunds once the study title has been finalized and sent to the client, subject to the exceptions specified in our policy.
