1. Introduction
In Studies of Title in Puerto Rico we strive to offer high quality services with responsibility and professionalism. This policy sets out the conditions to apply for cancellations, refunds or credits, and details the rights and duties of both the client and the provider. When you hire our services, the client fully accepts the terms set forth herein.
2. General Conditions
All of our services are customized and require analysis and investment of resources from the time that the request is received. Therefore, payments are fully refundable. However, they are considered partial refunds under the following circumstances and conditions:
3. Cancellation of the Service by the Client
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@estudiodetitulo.net and will be subject to the state of progress of the study:
- Within the first 24 hours and if the study not yet started: May be reimbursed up to 75% of the amount paid, minus administrative costs and processing.
- If the study has already begun but has not been finalized: Apply a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the time and work already incurred.
- If the study has been completed or delivered: No refunds will be given.
- Requests after 72 hours after the payment is carried out: Not applicable refund, but the customer may request a credit for use on a future service, at the discretion of the company.
4. Administrative expenses and Costs are Not Refundable
Regardless of the state of progress of the study, the company will retain a portion of the payment received to cover expenses not refundablesuch as:
- Charges for access to public records and platforms officers (e.g. Finance, Karibe)
- Professional time spent on searches, initial analysis and processing
- Administrative costs, technology and case management
These expenses can range between $30 and $50depending on the complexity of the estate and the phase of the work at the time of cancellation.
5. Incorrect information Provided by the Customer
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct data, verifiable, and complete information about the property. If the study was conducted on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client:
- Will not be given a full refund.
- The customer may choose to continue the process with the corrected information, and you will be offered a discount applied to a new studyaccording to the work already done in the first.
6. Cases in which Appropriate a Full Refund
A full refund will only be applied when:
- Provider not yet started the study and receipt of a valid claim within the first 24 hours.
- The study not be able to be completed due to causes attributable solely by the provider (e.g. internal errors, or technical failures).
- Provider is in breach of the term of delivery without justification or reasonable.
7. Procedure to Request a Refund or Credit
To process a request, the client must send an email to info@estudiodetitulo.net including:
- Full name
- Reason detailed in the application
- Order number or proof of payment
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
The company will evaluate the request and issue a response within a period of up to 10 working days.
8. Exclusions Clear Refund
Not receive a refund under the following conditions:
- The study has been completed and/or delivered.
- The client decides not to use the product once delivered.
- The client does not respond to our requests for additional information.
- Incurred in administrative costs, registration or technicians as part of the process.
