Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Introduction In Studies of Title in Puerto Rico by Juan Collazowe guarantee a service of quality and transparency in the delivery of our studies of the title. This policy establishes the conditions in which they can request refunds, and cancellations, ensuring a fair process for both parties.

2. Cancellation of Service Cancellations must be requested in writing to via our e-mail info@estudiodetitulo.net prior to delivery of the study title. Depending on the state of the application, you could apply a partial refund according to the following criteria:

  • If the cancellation occurs within the first 24 hours and the study has not started: Will be deducted from the time incurred in the initial analysis and will be reimbursed up to 75% of the payment after deducting the costs of processing, analysis, and any administrative expense.
  • If the study is in process but has not been finalized: Apportion the time invested and is deducted for administrative costs and labor incurred up to the time, allowing for a partial refund of up to 50% of the total payment.
  • If the study has been completed and sent to the client: No refund will be granted.
  • If the cancellation occurs after 72 hours: Will not be issued a refund, but shall be granted a credit to the customer in their account for future services.

3. Causes by which a customer can request a refund or credit A customer can request a refund or credit in the following cases:

  • If the service has not started, and it is within the cancellation period allowed.
  • If an error is detected in the service due to faults attributable to Studies of Title, Puerto Rico.
  • If the study title is not delivered within the agreed period without a valid justification.
  • If, for technical reasons or administrative, the study of title may not be completed.

4. Refunds for Errors on the Information Provided by the Customer It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information and correct on the property to study. In the case that the study has been performed with incorrect information provided by the client:

  • Will not be given a full refund.
  • If the customer wish to correct the information, and request a new study, you can opt for a discount on the cost of the new study, depending on the work already done in the first.

5. Refunds for Problems in the Execution of the Service If, for reasons attributable to Studies of Title, Puerto Rico, can not complete the study title:

  • We offer a 100% refund or the possibility to opt for a new service without additional cost.
  • If the delay is greater than 15 days without reasonable justification, the customer may opt for the termination and a pro-rata refund to the advancement of the work done.

6. Process to Request a Refund or Credit To request a refund or a credit, the customer must:

  • Send an email to info@estudiodetitulo.net with the reason for the request.
  • Include proof of payment and the information of your application.
  • Allow an evaluation period of up to 10 business days to process the request.

7. Exclusions Refund No refunds will apply in the following cases:

  • Once delivered, the study title.
  • If the client decides not to use the studio after its delivery.
  • If the client provided incorrect or incomplete information and the study was conducted on the basis of the data.
  • Administrative expenses or costs associated to third parties.
