• Services: Any activity carried out by Studies of Title, Puerto Rico, including research of the property, advice and reporting.

3. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services research property titles, ensuring that the Customer receives a detailed report on the legal status of the property.

4. Obligations of the Customer

• Provide truthful and complete information about the property.
• Provide required documentation within the established deadlines.
• To comply with the agreed payments for the provision of the service.

5. Obligations of Studies of Title, Puerto Rico

• To perform a detailed analysis of the titles of the property.
• Present a clear and precise report with the findings.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client.
• Use Google Drive for storage and delivery of documents in PDF format safely.

6. Payment and Billing
The cost of the service will be previously agreed upon with the Client. The payment must be made within the established deadlines. In case of non-compliance, it may suspend the delivery of the report to regularize the situation.

7. Limitation of Liability
Studies of Title, Puerto Rico not responsible for errors in information provided by third parties, not by decisions taken by the Customer based on the submitted report.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be notified to the Customer and shall enter into force after their publication.

9. Confidentiality
All information provided by the Client will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without express authorization.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Any dispute arising out of the provision of our services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Country or Jurisdiction].
