Introduction<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome to the platform of management of contractors. This manual will guide you through the use of the system to manage your assignments, corrections, studies, and payments for services rendered. The platform allows contractors to receive cases, to send corrections, and manage your payments efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Access to the Platform<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.1 Account Creation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To use the platform, you must be registered. If you don&#039;t yet have an account, please contact the office for access. General Navigation<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>When logged in, you will have access to the main panel where are shown the following sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My Tickets<\/strong>: A list of assignments and requests for correction or payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New Ticket<\/strong>: Option to send a correction or payment request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>History<\/strong>: Record of all previous interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Profile<\/strong>: Area to update your data and payment methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Help center<\/strong>: Go to frequently asked questions and support documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Ticket management<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.1 Assignment of Cases<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you are assigned a case, you will receive a ticket with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Case number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access to the Entries<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the ticket from the panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the relevant information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performs the investigation and send the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach relevant documents if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark the ticket as &#034;Completed&#034; once the study is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awaiting confirmation of review before the final closure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2 Correction of Studies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When requesting a correction, you will receive a ticket with the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Number of Farm or Property<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date of issue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type of Error and Corrections<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description of the Error Detected<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Person Requesting the Correction<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deadline for the Correction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the description of the error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performs the corrections required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attached the corrected document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add additional comments if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark the ticket as &#034;total Correction&#034; and then wait for the validation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the correction is approved, the case will be closed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.3 Payment for Services Rendered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you finish an assignment, you can request payment via a ticket with the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Method of Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description of the Service<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Net Pay<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment status<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estimated date of Payment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of Payment Confirmation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Notes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the payments module and create a new ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill up the required data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attach invoices or supporting documents if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sends the request and waits for the confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the payment is processed, you will receive a receipt with the transaction number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Follow-up of Cases<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Slope:<\/strong> Case assigned, but not yet worked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In Process:<\/strong> Contractor has begun work on the case.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completed:<\/strong> The report has been submitted and validated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correction Requested:<\/strong> It requires additional review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pending Payment:<\/strong> Has requested the payment, but has not been processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paid:<\/strong> The payment has been completed and confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Closed:<\/strong> Case completed without additional requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To query the status of a ticket, go to the portal and look for the section &#034;My Tickets&#034;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Resolution of Common Problems<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I can not access my account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check you are using the correct credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you forgot your password, use the recovery option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact support if the problem persists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I don&#039;t see my tickets assigned<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure you are in the section &#034;My Tickets&#034;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check to see if you have any filter enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the problem persists, contact support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>My payment has not been processed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verifies that the ticket payment is in the status &#034;Approved&#034;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have spent more than 5 days from the approval, please contact the office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check if there are missing documents or errors in the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
