In the App of Study Title<\/strong>customers can access their account profile to update your personal information, change your password, enable the authentication in two steps (2FA) and see their studies of the title in the section My Documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access your User Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the top right of the screen, click on your initial and \/ or profile photo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. It will display a menu with your name and number options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select "My Account" (My Account)<\/strong> and then click "My Profile\/Settings" (My Profile\/Settings)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Within My Profile\/Settings<\/strong>, locate the option Change Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enter your current password and then the new password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Confirm the new password and save the changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. It is recommended to use a strong password with a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        How to Activate the Authentication in Two Steps (2FA)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        1. In My Profile\/Settings<\/strong>, locate the option Security or 2FA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Select the option to enable the authentication in two steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Choose the authentication method (code for the mobile application or SMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Follow the instructions and save the settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. This will add an extra layer of security to your account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          How to View your Studies Title in the Section "My Documents"<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Within My Profile\/Settings<\/strong>, scroll to the bottom until you find My Documents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. In this section you will find a special link that allows you to access your file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Copy carefully the link without modifying it, and then paste it in your browser<\/strong> to see your study title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. You can also view your study in section My Case \/ My Cases<\/strong> or in the message that you receive with the matter "We have Completed your Study of Title"<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
