Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Studies of Title in Puerto Rico we strive to offer high quality services with responsibility and professionalism. This policy sets out the conditions to apply for cancellations, refunds or credits, and details the rights and duties of both the client and the provider. When you hire our services, the client fully accepts the terms set forth herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. General Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All of our services are customized and require analysis and investment of resources from the time that the request is received. Therefore, <strong>payments are fully refundable<\/strong>. However, they are considered partial refunds under the following circumstances and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Cancellation of the Service by the Client<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation requests must be made in writing to <strong><a>info@estudiodetitulo.net<\/a><\/strong> and will be subject to the state of progress of the study:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Within the first 24 hours<\/strong> and if the study <strong>not yet started<\/strong>: May be reimbursed up to 75% of the amount paid, minus administrative costs and processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If the study has already begun but has not been finalized<\/strong>: Apply a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the time and work already incurred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If the study has been completed or delivered<\/strong>: <strong>No refunds will be given.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Requests after 72 hours after the payment is carried out<\/strong>: Not applicable refund, but the customer may request a credit for use on a future service, at the discretion of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Administrative expenses and Costs are Not Refundable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardless of the state of progress of the study, <strong>the company will retain a portion of the payment received to cover expenses not refundable<\/strong>such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charges for access to public records and platforms officers (e.g. Finance, Karibe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional time spent on searches, initial analysis and processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative costs, technology and case management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>These expenses can range between $30 and $50<\/strong>depending on the complexity of the estate and the phase of the work at the time of cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Incorrect information Provided by the Customer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct data, verifiable, and complete information about the property. If the study was conducted on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Will not be given a full refund.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer may choose to continue the process with the corrected information, and you will be offered a <strong>discount applied to a new study<\/strong>according to the work already done in the first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Cases in which Appropriate a Full Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A full refund will only be applied when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provider <strong>not yet started<\/strong> the study <strong>and<\/strong> receipt of a valid claim within the first 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The study <strong>not be able to be completed due to causes attributable solely by the provider<\/strong> (e.g. internal errors, or technical failures).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provider <strong>is in breach of the term of delivery<\/strong> without justification or reasonable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Procedure to Request a Refund or Credit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To process a request, the client must send an email to <strong><a>info@estudiodetitulo.net<\/a><\/strong> including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason detailed in the application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number or proof of payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting documentation (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The company will evaluate the request and issue a response within a period of <strong>up to 10 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Exclusions Clear Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Not receive a refund under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The study has been completed and\/or delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client decides not to use the product once delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client does not respond to our requests for additional information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incurred in administrative costs, registration or technicians as part of the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83e\uddfe Refund policy, Cancellation and Redemption of Credits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcb0 Refunds and Credit Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Study Title we are committed to providing a high quality service. In cases where appropriate adjustment or compensation for particular situations, it may issue a&nbsp;<strong>credit note<\/strong>&nbsp;in favor of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The monetary reimbursements will be considered only in extraordinary circumstances and after an internal evaluation. In most cases, will be awarded a&nbsp;<strong>credit note<\/strong>&nbsp;valid to be used in future efforts within our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcb3 Redemption of Credits or Credit Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To redeem any credit or credit note issued, the client must&nbsp;<strong>apply manually<\/strong>&nbsp;through one of the following official channels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By means of our system, by writing a message within the area of customer service or support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Via e-mail to:\u00a0<strong><a>info@estudiodetitulo.net<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will not accept redemption requests by phone calls, text messages, or through social networks. Any redemption shall be made in writing and from the mail or registered account of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc Mandatory information when you Redeem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be able to process the application of the credit, the customer must&nbsp;<strong>make the obligatory reference to the invoice number<\/strong>&nbsp;that appears on the sheet of credit sent. This number is essential to correctly link the credit to your transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd52 Validity of the Credit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The loans or letters of credit issued by a Study of Title shall be for a term of&nbsp;<strong>1-year (365 days)<\/strong>&nbsp;from the&nbsp;<strong>date of the original application<\/strong>&nbsp;that gave rise to the credit note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this period, the credit will expire automatically and may not be redeemed or transferred under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd12 Use restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The credit or credit note\u00a0<strong>may only be redeemed by the original client<\/strong>\u00a0that appears as the account holder and\/or the original invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is not transferable, endosable, nor may it be transferred to another person or entity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May not be combined with other promotions, coupons or credits without the prior written consent Study Title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The credit has no monetary value out of our platform, and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcde Questions?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions, concerns, or want to confirm the details about your credit, please contact us.
