Once inside the portal, follow these steps according to your need:

🔹 To create a new ticket service:

  1. Click on the button "CREATE TICKET"SERVICE.
  2. Complete the form with the required information, such as:
    • Name and contact details.
    • Detailed description of your request or problem.
    • Attach relevant documents if necessary.
  3. Click "Send" to generate your support ticket.

🔹 To check the status of a ticket is existing:

Displays the current status and any update done by the support team.

Click on the button "CHECK STATUS OF THE TICKET".

Enter the reference number of your ticket or your e-mail.

🔽 Additional option: Create a ticket without logging in

If you prefer to create an ticket service without the need to log in or to create an account, you can do it the following way:

Click "Send" to generate your ticket service.

Scan the QR code with the camera of your device.

You will be automatically redirected to an application form on-line.
