How to access documents and previous studies

Learn how historical records are linked, where to open folders and what to do if the digital archive is still pending.

Linking protects the case

A new account may not immediately show previous studies. The office must verify the relationship between the account and records before enabling access. This avoids assigning documents based on a similar name or an unverified email.

Open the study or customer folder

Use the links enabled in My Account. A property may have its own folder; a historical study may use the customer’s master folder where applicable. Files hosted on Drive or another provider retain that service’s permissions. Opening a link does not bypass them.

If the digital folder is pending

Open a support ticket with the study reference and information needed to identify your account. Do not create another account just because a document is missing. If access is restricted or a balance is pending, ask the office what is needed to enable delivery.

Service and platform guidance. Confirm the scope applicable to your case; this does not replace legal advice or a registry certificate.
